'Reflective Practitioners' is a professional development programme for classroom teachers that looks closely at the many elements that come together to make good and great lessons. Informed by research and led by successful classroom practitioners, 'Reflective Practitioners' looks to enhance teachers' practice – helping them to secure more 'good' (and 'outstanding') judgements and strengthening outcomes for pupils. The programme runs each year over a series of 6 sessions and is open to both CDAT and non-CDAT schools.
