St Oswald's is seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic leader to be the new Headteacher of our thriving and successful school. As our school motto says, St Oswald's is a place where 'Safe in your hands Lord, we love, laugh, learn.'
We are looking for an outstanding leader who will continue to move our school forwards and will have the highest ambitions for our children. The applicant will be a skilled communicator with a clear vision for excellent Christian education. They will appreciate the benefits of working with a supportive team of staff, governors, parents and the wider community. They will also enjoy working closely with other schools within CDAT, learning from and sharing best practice.
St Oswald's is a small Church of England Primary School situated in Mollington, an attractive village just north of Chester. In 2023 the school was delighted to become a member of the Chester Diocesan Academies Trust (CDAT).
Closing date for applications: Wednesday 16th October, no later than noon.
Shortlisting will take place on 17th October, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted as soon as possible after the shortlisting meeting.
Interviews will be held on 23rd October (school-based activities) and 24th October (formal interviews).
