We are delighted to work with Working with Schools as our provider for HR and Payroll.
Working with Schools have been excellent partners for CDAT for many years and provide all of our HR support – including through the TUPE process at conversion – as well as taking care of all matters to do with pensions and payroll.

We believe that effective appraisal is an important part of supporting colleagues to develop, grow and achieve their professional goals. Our Appraisal Handbook provides guidance for staff and leaders, ensuring that the appraisal process is fair, supportive and focused on continuous improvement.
The handbook explains how appraisals are conducted across CDAT and how they contribute to professional development, wellbeing and high-quality outcomes for our pupils.
